Who we are

Kongunad Super Speciality Hospital (KSSH) is a hospital under construction in Ganapathy, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, and a Kongunad Hospitals initiative. For any question about your information, call 0422-4316000.

What we collect

When you apply online, we collect the details you enter: your profile, name, email address, mobile number, current role and organisation, the role or speciality you are interested in, whether you would prefer a phone call, how you heard about KSSH, your introduction and your CV. We also record when your application arrives.

When you send a partner or vendor enquiry, we collect the details you enter: your company's name, area of work, website and city, your name, designation, email address and mobile number, how you heard about KSSH, your message and any company profile you attach. We also record when your enquiry arrives.

To keep automated spam out, both forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks technical signals from your browser to confirm that a person is sending them.

This website uses no advertising and sets no cookies of its own. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and does not identify you. The map at the foot of each page comes from Google Maps and loads only if you choose to show it; Google may then set cookies under its own privacy policy.

Why we use it

Only to consider you for roles at KSSH, or your company for partnerships and procurement, and to contact you about them. We use it on the basis of the consent you give when you send the form.

Who can see it

Applications are vetted by Dr. Karthikeyan Raju, Medical Director, and members of his executive team. Partner and vendor enquiries are vetted by Mr. Vigneshwaran, Project Manager, together with the Medical Director. Neither is shared outside KSSH, and we do not sell or rent personal information.

Where it is kept

Applications and enquiries are stored in KSSH's Google Workspace account (Google Drive and Google Sheets), with access limited to the people who vet them, and notification emails go to their KSSH mailboxes. Google, which provides KSSH's email and document storage, and Cloudflare, which hosts this website and runs the spam check, handle this information on our behalf.

How long we keep it

We keep your application for as long as we need it to consider you for roles at KSSH, including roles defined later as the founding team grows, and an enquiry for as long as it may be relevant to KSSH's partnerships and procurement. We delete either sooner if you ask.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw your consent, at any time by calling 0422-4316000. If you withdraw your consent, we stop considering your application or enquiry and delete it.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Changes to this notice

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this notice on this page.
